Hello there! My name is Miaka, I am a volunteer at HRRRF, Inc. and also the President of Stormie's Fan Club.
Stormie is a beautiful old gal. She is petite and very, very sweet. I fell in love with Stormie from the moment I saw her. She is loving and gentle with the most soulful eyes.
My goal is to spoil Stormie rotten! I hope you will join me in make her comfortable and happy in the coming years. Please join our club and get to know Stormie.

Stormie's Fan Club
Stormie is a 29 year old Roan Arabia mare. She is gentle but very afraid of water. She also is nervous when lots of people are around. On a humorous note, she becomes very impatient and very noisy while watching the horses being turned out if she is not going with them when she thinks she should be. See below for Stormie's story

- I have been a volunteer at the farm for over 7 months. It has been the most rewarding and fulfilling association/opportunity I have ever been affiliated with. My affection for the "Rescue" and it's residents (both 4-legged and 2 legged) far transcends anything I could have ever imagined.... Please join me in supporting these beautiful and worthy animals and in providing them a better, beautiful life.

Stormie's Fan Club
She had a chronic nasal infection when she came to the rescue. After time and care she is doing well. the chronic nasal infection causes her to not assimilate her food well. She is a great eater however and a gentle soul. She will stand for hours to be groomed (cautious of water) and get your attention. She needs to eat alone to make sure she gets all of her food. Stormie is not on any medications and does not have any special costs associated with her - she just needs a loving home and a warm stall in the winter months. Stormie is available for adoption as a companion only. Please join Stormie's fan club and become a supporter of the rescue. If Stormis is adopted anytime in the future, her fan club may dissolve.
